Customer Shipping and Returns Policy
Oh Baby Baby! will ship, for free, any order within Canada (see below for some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $49 before taxes via Canada Post ground shipping.
Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost.
We are unable to offer our free shipping to these areas.
Once we receive your order we will contact you to discuss the shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that Oh Baby Baby! reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
When checking out you will be notified of your shipping costs. If your purchase is over $49 – there is no cost to ship. However, if the shipping address is located in one of the areas mentioned above (please see shipping surcharge section) you will be notified after placing your order about any additional charges. In addition, shipping charges quoted will not include extra costs such as duty, brokerage, etc. that may be incurred and that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipment Receiving Guidelines
These guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the option of returning any of the products purchased:
1. For insurance purposes many packages will require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.
2. Before signing/receiving the package:
a. Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
b. Check for damaged packaging
3. When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing.
If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.
4. If there are any damages or shortages we must be notified within 24 hours using our Return Policy.
It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-4 business days.
If an item is not in stock you will be notified via email of the wait time and given then choice on how to proceed.
Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number.
Returning or Cancelling your Order
Oh Baby Baby! offers 15 day RETURN POLICY on all returnable products. We do our best to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your order, if you are unsatisfied for any reason we will gladly issue an exchange or refund on all regular priced purchases.
Any purchases that are returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (un-opened).
Any item without a box the original tags must be intact.
Products purchased online at regular price may be returned online for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the date the item arrived at your door.
In order to return your items products must be:
1. Unused and in the original packaging. All original documents, components and accessories must be included.
2. Product must be in sellable condition with no indications of use.
3. Product must not be a final sale or clearance item.
Sale Price Purchases
Products purchased online at a sale price may not be returned.
Please contact us, toll free at 1 (844) 303-2229 prior to shipping your product. For all approved returns, we will send a return shipping label via email.
You have 5 days from the time of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original condition.
*Please note that any shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable.
For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Car Seats
• Teethers & pacifiers
• Bathing items
• Feeding items
• Diapers & swim diapers
• Breast pumps & accessories
• Personal care products
• Nursing bras
The following items are final sale:
- Clearance items
- Sale items
- Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Special order items
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages and email them to email@example.com along with your order number.
Return Policy on Damaged Goods
Please follow these steps carefully in order to ensure a smooth return.
1. Call us at 1 (844) 303-2229 and speak to a customer service manager
2. The manager will take down all of your information verify that the product qualifies for a return.
3. If it does qualify, they will give you instructions with how to proceed.
All returns will be processed within 10 business days of Oh Baby Baby! receiving them.
All cancellations must be done within 3 hours of your online purchase.
Please send your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us toll free at 1 (844) 303-2229 with your order number.
Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled.
All cancelled orders will be confirmed via email. If your order can not be cancelled, please refer to the return policy.
US Shipping & Returns
Oh Baby Baby! ships all US orders through Canadian Postal Service. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including any duty,
brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier.
*Please note some items are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada. These items include, but are not limited to the gro clock and car seats.
Oh Baby Baby! strives to make every customer happy. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1 (844) 303-2229 to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back.
We ask that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. Oh Baby Baby! is not responsible for items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment. You have up to 5 days from the date of delivery for all returns. US and International orders do not qualify for returns.
